1. Open to all (worldwide) who will book their hotels on-line through Cebu Pacific’s website at
http://www.cebupacificair.com.
2. Every room night booked is equivalent to 1 electronic raffle.
3. Cebu Pacific shall assign a number to every raffle coupon earned by each guest.
4. Promo period is from July 15 to October 14, 2006
5. Cebu Pacific will raffle off 2 winners every end of the month at the Cebu Pacific Office, Marketing
Department, Domestic Road, Pasay City at 3PM in the presence of a DTI representative.

6. Only bookings made until 12 midnight of the last day of each cut-off period will qualify for the specific draw.
7. Winners shall be notified by Cebu Pacific through registered mail informing them on how and where to
claim the prize.
8. All taxes inclusive of the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P 10,000 and surcharges shall be collected from the
winner upon the claim of the prize. Winners shall provide their own travel expense for non-Manila residents
as airline tickets shall be originating in Manila. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash:
• If winner decides to transfer the prize, winner should provide a letter stating the person who will avail it.
• Recipient of the prize should bring the following:
i. authorization letter of the winner
ii. Cebu Pacific notification letter to the winner
iii. Valid ID: SSS, Passport, Driver’s or Office ID
9. Winners must present any valid ID with picture and the registered mail when claiming the prize.
10. Winners shall claim their prize from Ms. Mahalia Leung ( tel. no. 853-5589) at Cebu Pacific, 2/F Airline
Operations Center, Old Domestic Road Pasay City.
11. Prize certificate is valid for (1) year from claiming. Winner however should confirm/book within 3 months
upon receipt his/her intended travel plan. If winner decides to re-book his/her travel plan, applicable
re-booking charges shall apply.
12. Bookings for the package shall depend on the availability of the flight and/or hotel rooms. All prizes, are not
redeemable during airline/ hotel block or embargo dates (ie. Oct. 29, 2006 to Nov. 5, 2006,
Dec. 16, 2006 to Jan. 10, 2007, Chinese New Year, Holy Week).
13. Cebu Pacific reserves the right to disqualify winners who shall be refunding their payment for their hotel
bookings. In cases where guests are drawn more than once, the winner shall have the option to
choose the package he/she wishes to avail.
14. A participant can only win once in the monthly draw. The winner however, can still join the succeeding draws.
15. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Cebu Pacific.
16. Employees of Cebu Pacific, Jimenez Basic Advertising , Octopus Travel Agency including their relatives up to
second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
